We are investors that favor value investing over growth investing, and that invest often, even exclusively, in real estate. Many of us are lifelong students of Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger and are Berkshire Hathaway, Markel Corporation, and/or Fairfax Financial shareholders.
We are hosting an informal gathering at the 2018 Berkshire Hathaway Annual Shareholder’s Meeting weekend in Omaha. We’ll be hosting cocktails in the lobby bar of the Hilton Omaha from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. Friday May 4th. We seek attendees who have first-hand experience investing in and operating real estate deals applying Buffett/Munger framework, as well as Accredited Investors that would like to learn more about value real estate and deal sponsors.
This inaugural gathering will be more a cocktail party than a conference with formal presentations, but in the years to come we hope to grow into a formal conference that becomes a meaningful learning organization for it’s members.
